We use collected data to deliver the AI receptionist service, improve call quality and AI accuracy, provide analytics dashboards, and send operational notifications (e.g., booking confirmations).

Call recordings are kept for 90 days. Transcripts and logs are retained for up to 2 years for analytics and support. You may request deletion of specific recordings at any time.
