1. Service Description

RealSalesOS provides an AI-powered voice receptionist service that answers, qualifies, and books appointments for service businesses 24/7. The service uses third-party infrastructure including LiveKit, xAI, Cloudflare, and Twilio to deliver phone calls, transcription, and scheduling integrations.

2. Account Registration and Pilot Period

You must provide accurate business and contact information to create an account. We offer a 1-month free pilot with no credit card required. At the end of the pilot, your account converts to a paid monthly plan unless cancelled.

3. Pricing and Billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance. Overage minutes are charged at the rate displayed in your dashboard. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time via the Stripe customer portal. No refunds are issued for partial months.

4. Usage Limitations and Fair Use

The service is intended for legitimate business call handling. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that exhibit abuse, spam, or usage far exceeding normal patterns for your plan tier. You may not use the service for illegal or harmful purposes.

5. Voice Recording and Consent

All calls are recorded and transcribed for quality, training, and compliance. You are responsible for informing callers that the conversation may be recorded. Recordings are retained for 90 days unless you request earlier deletion. Transcripts may be retained longer for analytics.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RealSalesOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost revenue from missed calls or scheduling errors. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

8. SMS Communications

RealSalesOS may send SMS messages to confirm appointments, send reminders, and provide scheduling updates. Standard message and data rates from your carrier apply. To opt out, reply STOP to any message or contact support.
