RealSalesOS is an AI phone receptionist that answers your business calls 24/7, answers common questions, books appointments, and texts confirmation — all while you sleep.
How does it work?
You forward your business phone to a special RealSalesOS number. Our AI picks up, uses your business info to respond naturally, and books appointments directly into your calendar.
What does "AI receptionist" mean, exactly?
It means a real voice — not a voicemail box. Your callers talk to a human-sounding AI that asks qualifying questions, answers FAQs, handles objections, and books appointments. If it can't handle something, it transfers to you.
Will my callers know it's AI?
Most callers won't know unless you tell them. We use premium AI voices that sound natural, pause naturally, and handle interruptions gracefully.

How long does setup take?
Most businesses are live within 48 hours. We'll walk you through a 15-minute setup call, configure your greeting and business rules, and you're live.
Do I need new hardware?
No. You forward your existing business number using call forwarding codes — no new phones, no software installs, no technician needed.
What phone carriers work with call forwarding?
T-Mobile, Verizon, AT&T, Comcast, and most VoIP providers (RingCentral, Vonage, Grasshopper) support call forwarding. We include step-by-step instructions for all of them.
03 Pricing
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 1 month free on every plan. No credit card required to start. If you're not happy after the pilot, cancel with one click.
What happens after the free pilot?
You'll be on a month-to-month plan at $99/mo (Solo), $199/mo (Growing), or $399/mo (Multi). No annual contract. Cancel anytime.
What are overages?
Each plan includes a set number of minutes per month. Solo is $0.25/min overage, Growing is $0.20/min, Multi is $0.13/min. Most businesses don't hit their limit.
Can I change plans?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
04 Technology
How many voices are available?
5 premium AI voices are included — male, female, and regional accents. You can also record 90 seconds of your own voice and we'll clone it.
Does it work with my CRM?
Today we book directly into Google Calendar and Calendly. More integrations (Jobber, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Open Dental, Zapier/Make, webhooks) are on the roadmap — tell us what you use and we'll prioritize it for your pilot.
Is it TCPA compliant?
SMS confirmations are rolling out and will ship TCPA-compliant with proper opt-in/opt-out language. We also offer a DPA for businesses that need it.
Where are recordings stored?
All call recordings and transcripts are stored in the US, encrypted at rest. You own your data — export or delete anytime.

How do I get support?
Solo plans get email support with 24-hour response. Growing and Multi plans get email + chat with 4-hour response and priority queue.
