Billing questions, answered.
What happens after the 7-day free pilot?
On day 7 you get a one-page summary: calls answered, calls booked, dollars likely recovered. If it paid for itself, pick a plan. If it didn't, you walk — no card was ever charged. We'll keep your call logs available for 30 days either way.
How are minutes counted?
A "minute" is one minute of caller-on-the-line time, rounded up to the next minute per call. Dropped calls under 6 seconds aren't billed. Outbound demo callbacks are not billed against your monthly minutes.
When am I billed?
Subscriptions bill monthly, on the same day of the month you started. Overage minutes from the previous month are billed at the same time. Invoices arrive by email and in your dashboard.
Can I switch plans?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time from your dashboard. Upgrades are pro-rated for the current month; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — pay annually and get one month free (effectively ~8% off). Email billing@realsalesos.com to switch.
Refunds?
Subscription fees are non-refundable past the pilot, but you can cancel any time and we never charge you again after that.
