Everything you need to launch your AI receptionist.

🚀 Setup (5 minutes)

    Run the onboarding wizard

    Visit the onboarding wizard for a guided 5-step setup. Pick your industry, fill in business details, choose a voice, and test the AI live.

    Forward your business line

    Follow carrier-specific instructions for Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T, etc. Forwarding typically uses **78# or *72 codes.

  3. 3

    Make a test call

    Call +1 (737) 787-9017 to hear your AI receptionist live.

⚙️ Configuring Your AI

Every setting in your dashboard, explained:

Business name

How callers know you. Used in greetings: "Thanks for calling [Acme HVAC]…"

Service area

Where you operate. AI uses this to politely route out-of-area callers ("Sorry, we don't service that zip — would you like a referral?").

Hours of operation

When you're open. After-hours callers get voicemail or callback offer. Format: Mon–Fri 8a–6p, Sat 9a–1p

Pricing / services

What the AI quotes when callers ask "how much?". Be specific. Vague pricing = lost bookings.

Business description / AI instructions

The AI's "brain." Describe your services, specialties, what makes you unique, and any specific rules (e.g. "always offer 10% off first-time AC tune-ups"). The more detail, the better.

Greeting

Custom first words. Leave blank to use default. Keep it under 12 words. Example: "Thanks for calling Acme HVAC, this is Alex — how can I help?"

Agent name

What the AI calls itself. Pick something friendly + memorable (Alex, Sam, Jordan, Riley work great).

Voice

5 built-in voices (Eve, Ara, Rex, Sal, Leo). Or clone your own via the xAI Voice Library and paste the Voice ID.

Language

English, Spanish, or Bilingual (auto-detect). Bilingual mode switches mid-call if caller speaks Spanish.

Handoff phone

Your cell. AI transfers callers here for emergencies or when they ask for a human. Critical for urgent calls.

Calendly URL

Your public Calendly link. AI shares it when callers want to book themselves. Optional if you use Google Calendar instead.

After-hours only

Toggle ON if a human answers during business hours and you only want AI to cover nights/weekends.

📞 Calls, Bookings & Calendar

View calls: Dashboard → Calls. Every call shows transcript, audio, summary, and outcome (answered, voicemail, booking).

Google Calendar: Settings → Google Calendar → Connect. AI books appointments directly into your calendar instead of sending Calendly links.

SMS confirmations: Rolling out. Today the AI confirms the appointment on the call and the booking appears in your dashboard and calendar; SMS confirmations to callers and to you are coming soon.

Voicemail: Missed calls and after-hours calls go to AI voicemail. Transcript + audio in your dashboard (SMS alerts rolling out).

Live transfer: If caller asks for a human or AI detects emergency keywords, it transfers to your Handoff phone.

Plans:

  • Solo Operator — $99/mo, 100 min
  • Growing Practice — $199/mo, 250 min
  • Multi-Location — $399/mo, 600 min

Usage bar: See your monthly minutes on the Overview page. Color-coded (green/sky/amber/red) as you approach your limit.

Overage: $0.18/min over plan. No surprise — we email you at 80% and 100%.

Cancel/pause: Anytime from Billing → Manage in Stripe portal. Pausing keeps your number reserved for 60 days.

Common Questions

How long does setup take?

5 minutes via the onboarding wizard. Add 10 more if you want to fine-tune the AI instructions or test calls.

Can I keep my existing phone number?

Yes. You forward your existing line to our number. Callers still dial your number; your phone rings only for transfers.

What does the AI sound like?

Indistinguishable from human in most cases. 5 built-in natural voices or clone your own. Test it: +1 (737) 787-9017.

Can I update settings after launch?

Anytime. Changes take effect on the next call (usually within 60 seconds).

What if the AI gets it wrong?

Review the call transcript and update your AI instructions. The AI learns from your config, not from past calls — so iteration is fast.

Is it secure?

Calls encrypted in transit. Recordings + transcripts stored in Cloudflare KV (US data centers). You own your data — export or delete anytime.
